I’m Ki Bup “Ben” Yeo, an operations leader based in Seoul with 7 years of experience building and scaling complex, quality-driven workflows in live content environments.

My work moves between strategic oversight and hands-on execution. I lead cross-functional operations, translate expectations into SOPs and performance standards, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across regions.

Team leadership, process optimization, KPI management, and budget-conscious decisions are all part of the same job for me: making excellent delivery easier to repeat.
