I led a global, cross-regional project to implement a standardized performance evaluation and feedback system. The work connected teams around a common way to assess performance and provide feedback.
The project brought together two parts of my work: global stakeholder coordination and practical performance management. Standardization provided a consistent foundation for evaluation across regions.
