Where I made a difference
I helped establish the operation as a Process Coordinator, supporting hiring, onboarding, and training. As Team Lead, I scaled the team to 4 Process Coordinators and 35 live data operators, with recruitment and continuous development as core responsibilities.
Structured coaching, standardized workflows, and continuous performance monitoring gave the team a shared way to work. I used KPIs to identify quality gaps, guide improvements, and keep performance expectations clear.
